Böwe Systec UK has a team of experienced, factory trained engineers working with our customers to ensure that customers are able to meet and exceed their service level needs. The service package is tailored to the needs of the individual customer, and can be site based, field based, or ad hoc.
A preventative maintenance schedule together with the fault diagnosis expertise will ensure maximum possible machine availability and efficiency.
As part of the factory training, engineers receive individual machine maintenance manuals and spare part reference lists. In addition to formal training courses, all UK engineers are required to pass annual competence tests, H&S training and KITS electrical competence tests.
The factory also manages a comprehensive quality and technical information service which delivers swift information and any query response to Böwe Engineers, wherever they are located in the world. The other manufacturing companies within Böwe also provide factory level training for Böwe engineers, usually at the manufacturing location where best possible access to all parts of the technology is achievable.
Böwe UK engineers are supported by, and receive on going coaching from, UK based Technical Support Managers, whose level of expertise and experience is maintained at specialist level.
